What Our Users Say
Don't just take our word for it. Here's what our users have to say about our Android app.
"The worst bike service of any city. constantly has issues of improper billing, stations not being accurately updated. system glitches, subpar condition of bikes, horrible customer service that has huge gaps of unresponsiveness. Literally every aspect of this company has issues and problems with it. Literally every part of this company."
Jacob Solbux
"Since Indego came to Philadelphia, my health has benefited from biking regularly. Customer service is friendly, helpful, and reliable!"
Ana Miller
"Pretty cool because i understand the premis, but ultimately difficult to register and navigate the actual bike terminals."
Chad Morin
"Very much improvement over the last few months"
Unimerica Enterprises
"It works. It lets you know where stations are and is usually correct in how many bikes are left. Unfortunately, it's sometimes wrong, so if there's 1 bike left, you might not find it."
Kwanpo Cheng
"Nice novelty, but long term you are better off buying your own used bike, a new budget bike or do better than indigo with a electric bike which pays for itself after a while. Some operators are confrontational & money grabbing. Others are nice. It's money loss you can't get back by renting either way, so......no"

"This app is more do geared to locals... not tourists. This is why the minimum time you can use the bike is 24 hours. There is no per minute rate or per mile rate. Unlimited 24 hour, month, and year passes...clearly designed for local communities. As a tourist, I was excited to try this, but was left very disappointed. $12 , 24 hour pass... vs $5 ebike ride in NYC for maybe 20min...I understand you don't want too many tourists on these and not knowing the local road laws are so this is the way."

"Excellent Experience i loveed the app it was quick and fast it was very helpful that they had people to assist you qith any problems i had or needed help with they helped everyone that i came with only two people git through with no problems"
Free Chris
"Lots of sneaky charges."

"This app works perfectly. Only gripe I have is that you have to go to their website and get the guest pass versus purchase it on the app. Other than that, it's very easy to use."
